This is perhaps the most popular tasting we have!  Could it be that we picked the perfect weekend that drags everyone out of the woodwork for this tasting? It is the Saturday with NO football on TV and is in the heart of the winter months. What else is there to do but sample over 50 wines and 70 beers ? 

We will also have some chocolates from Anderson's in Richmond being sampled and some liquor to tempt your taste buds. 

This is a don't miss event !

This is our 3rd Annual tasting and has become one those requested events. My brother-in-law talked me into it 2 years ago and I have enlisted him to help me again with this year's event. We will have more details as we get closer but last year one of the hits was the Salmon Vodka ! !  We'll have another great selection of vodkas and Bloodys available for you to sample that day ! 

" A Night at the Library Fundraiser " 

Thursday, February 9th 

5:00 - 8:30 PM   // at the Lake Villa Library

Come bid on fabulous auction items, enjoy live music, food and of course, us, tasting wines ! Spend a " Night at the Library " and experience it in a new way ! 
We will have 4 tables of wine to taste your way through as you enjoy this unique evening at the library. 
I'll try to post more details of what wines we are pouring as we get closer to the date.

Yes. You read that correctly. We have moved this wonderful event to an afternoon event but still allowing you time to fit in a dinner afterwards or lunch beforehand. 

But, as always, it is being held at the beautiful Lehman Mansion. There are appetizers throughout the event along with over 50-60 reserve-style wines being sampled. It is the premier event of the season if you are a red wine lover !

Another great value !  We couldn't pass this up ! Much of Argentina's Malbec comes from the Mendoza region. This is from the Tulum Valley which also has the high desert climate that makes this grape grow so wonderfully in Argentina. Combine that with the sandy and clay soils and this wine shines. It is medium-bodied with fresh fruit and berry flavors along with a bit of spice on the end. For a wine in this price it has some nice structure.

Pierre Ferrand Memoire Cognac 1977 regularly over $200.00, now $99.99

Cognac Ferrand maintains stocks of vintage cognacs in bonded warehouses. These strategic stocks are normally used as part of the blends and are periodically tasted to evaluate their evolution. After a recent tasting, partners Alexandre Gabriel and Jean Dominique Andreu deemed some casks of each of these vintages worthy of bottling as a single vintage cognac.  These are stellar!!!
